Responsibilities of an RBT
Implement ABA Therapy
Provide one-on-one therapy to children, following individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs.
Track Progress
Collect and record data on the child’s behavior and progress towards goals.
Collaborate with Team
Work closely with BCBAs and other team members to ensure consistent and effective therapy.
Engage with Families
Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support their understanding of ABA practices.
Qualifications
High School Diploma
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Passion for Helping
A genuine desire to help children with autism and their families.
Communication Skills
Ability to effectively communicate with team members and families in English/Spanish or English/Creole.
Willingness to Learn
Eagerness to complete the RBT training and certification process at Koala University.
